After spending approximately 10 years in the US Marine Corps, I had just finished up a successful tour as a Drill Instructor at Paris Island in South Carolina. It was an exceptionally challenging and rewarding occupation and I am very thankful for the experience. Paris Island is located in the coastal area of Beaufort SC between Hilton Head and Charleston. To make a long story short, I made the decision to purchase my first investment property. One property led to the second and before long I made the decision to leave the Marine Corps to pursue my genuine love of real estate investment and business. Building on my real estate investment foundation, I then went on to put my experience to work for others, quickly becoming one of the top producing real estate agents in the area. None of this is intended to brag or sound obnoxious…as I truly live by the belief that you are only as good as today…but I did feel as if was important to give a little insight into what forms my perspectives.
The coastal South Carolina brought many years of awards and success. However, my wife and I longed to have our two children grown up in an environment akin to the one of our own childhood memories growing up in the area, filled with family get-togethers, winter sled-riding, comfortable summers, good schools and all of the other intangible qualities of life enjoyed in north-west PA. I note the day we finalized the decision to move back to NW Pa as one of the happiest days of my life.
Many can say that they are a “life-long” resident of the area. I can say that I have literally traveled the world…..and found nowhere that compares.
I am the most driven and aggressive real estate agent you will meet. I simply love what I do…and would like to share why.

There was a time years ago, as a young Marine, when I could only dream of owning my own home. That time has passed……. but I remember it well. I also know very well the mental and emotional stresses of analyzing the details of many personal investments…when any potential mistake would be paid for by only my family and me.

This experience brings me to my core guiding principle: Buyer or Seller, big or small, lake-front or townhouse, first home or dream home, down-sizing or up-sizing, commercial, residential or development, – THAT REAL ESTATE TRANSACTION IS THE MOST IMPORTANT EVENT GOING ON IN THE CLIENTS LIFE AT THAT TIME.
Words can not articulate how seriously I take my responsibility to my clients. I truly treat each and every one of my client’s transactions as if they were my own. Leave no stone unturned. I constantly ask myself “What would I do if this was my own transaction.
Anybody can talk a good talk. I am not a “salesman”. The days of “selling” (convincing someone they need something that they do not) are over. (And good riddance!) I provide detailed information, an unbiased opinion based on years of personal and professional experience and most importantly, a tenacious drive to ensure that the best interests of my client are protected and realized.
